These Sound Healing sessions are designed with the intention to balance emotions which may be attributing to current or past addiction, manifesting in any form from shopping, over eating, forms of escapism or excessive exercise.

Week 1. Connection Session

In this one hour session we discuss your current experience and explore your vision

for your life.

Week 2. Gestation and birth

Balancing: emotion energetically inherited from either parent or the physical environment in which they lived.

Current manifestation: blurred personal identity, disorientation of self, feelings/thoughts/ideas/beliefs that seem like someone else’s.

Possibilities: feel at home, create personal stability, foundation of emotional and mental health, emergence of self, personal boundaries.

Week 3. Emotional Neglect

Balancing: disappointment, emotional retreat, unmet needs, lack of physical, emotional or spiritual support from parents.

Current manifestation: blame, anger, buried emotional pain, lack of self-worth, emotional maturity, ability to filter, discern and process emotions, seeking external validation.

Possibilities: confidence, balanced self-esteem, compassion for self and others, accept responsibility for responses and feelings.

Week 4. Boundaries

Balancing:  boundaries of Conversation, Time, Influence, Emotional, Mind, Responsibility or Energy.

Current manifestation: saying yes when you mean no, pleasing others, feeling controlled or needing to control others, creating ‘movies’ or scenarios not based in fact in ones mind.

Possibilities: clear boundaries on what you will or won’t accept in your life: what is reasonable, acceptable and safe, this includes personal behaviour and other people’s behaviour.

Week 5. Brain balance

Balancing:  thought processes, over stimulated brain, self-trust, internal relaxation, able to live in the moment.

Current manifestation: disconnection from intuition, distrust, over thinking, inability to focus, worry about the future, anxiety, past regrets, overwhelmed by external stimulus.

Possibilities: confident decision making, balanced thoughts, clear thinking, resolution of emotion attached to trauma.

Week 6. Expression

Balancing: habitual throat clearing, frustration associated with not speaking your truth, sharing feelings,

Current manifestation: Inability to express needs, frustration with not being heard, attacking verbally before assuming another will gain the ‘advantage’.

Possibilities: confidence in articulating, sense of self-power, ability to communicate with balanced emotions, listening and valuing opinions of others, expressing inspiration.

Week 7. Grief

Balancing: feelings of loneliness, being over looked, unloved or ignored, internal emptiness,

Current manifestation: sadness, overwhelm, suppressed and unexpressed emotion, resentment, putting others’ needs first

Possibilities: self-value, following your dreams, feeling emotional support, emotional awakening and development, ability to face challenges with self-care.
