Solar Plexus – anxiety, overwhelm to confident and empowered.

The Solar Plexus is our power centre, when not in balance you

may feel anxiety, overwhelm,  tightness, pain or other physical

sensations, in balance you will feel resilience and empowered.

Please drink water before and after the session and remember to

soak your feet in or have a bath in epsom salts after listening.

This session may be revisited multiple times as needed.
